Through cosmetic and restorative treatments, Dr. Kile provides an innovative solution that is fast, affordable, effective and discreet.
The Six Month Smiles program is designed to straighten your teeth at a fraction of time compared to traditional braces. Due to a much shorter treatment plan, Six Month Smiles is generally less expensive. Through latest digital technology coupled with an experienced orthodontic professional like Dr. Kile, this method has proven to be both reliable and safe. And even better, they come in invisible aligners or clear braces, making them nearly invisible.
So what can you expect?
Upon our initial consultation we will thoroughly exam your teeth and gums to determine if you are a good candidate and if Six Month Smiles will be suitable for your needs.
After the placement of your aligners or braces you will need to come in for adjustments. Depending on your individual case, you may receive 3-7 adjustments over the next few months. On average, braces are removed and you can show off your new smile in 6 months.

It is true that activated charcoal in toothpaste may help remove surface stains on teeth. However, there is a big difference between removing surface stains and whitening them. Evidence has not been found that supports charcoal has an effect on stains below the tooth’s enamel. So no matter how dedicated you are to scrubbing your teeth white, true lightening of your tooth color can only come from bleaching treatments like the ones we offer here at Darby Dental Smiles.
Another factor to take in to consideration is that charcoal toothpaste could actually make your teeth worse. Simply put, charcoal is abrasive. The particles in charcoal can damage tooth enamel, irritate gums or even get stuck in fillings. Charcoal toothpaste also provides very little protection against tooth decay, so it is best to maintain regular use of toothpaste in your daily regimen.
If you just love turning your mouth a stunning shade of black, then we advise you to lightly graze teeth when applying the activated charcoal to avoid scratching, chipping, or other damages to your teeth. If you are looking for a true whitening option that will not damage your smile, contact our office to learn more about our in-office and take-home whitening options.
I am so excited to tell you about a way to transform your smile which is much quicker and much less invasive than traditional methods. By using a patented and innovative new procedure called Provance compositive veneers, we’re able to help our patient in just a couple hours undergo a complete smile transformation, and they’re even able to avoid the dental drill.
The secret is the Provance System which uses additive composite in heated injection molds to add composite or filling materials on top of your natural teeth to create teeth with the ideal shape, ideal shade, and often even able to fix bite issues that have caused wear and chipping on teeth in the first place. The result is a beautiful and long-lasting solution for cosmetic dentistry.
The surprising thing… cosmetic dentistry done this way is roughly 1/2 the price of traditional veneers while still getting the benefits of beauty, long-lasting, and no pain involved.
Naturally there are pros and cons to every option, but we’re proud to offer this service to our patients, and we’ve been able to use it to change many of our patients smiles. Please check out a Before and After picture of an actual patient of ours that has undergone a smile transformation with us using the Provance system.
To know if you're a candidate for Provence direct composite veneers, we need to start with a healthy substructure of the tooth. If you have healthy teeth but maybe you don't love the shade, the shape of the tooth, or maybe you have spacing between your teeth that you're just not happy with. Once I talk with my patients about the possibilities and we do a mock-up to see what is possible, they tell me, “I never knew that that was something that could be done with my teeth no one's ever told me before that I could have these spaces closed or that I could have more of an ideal shape to my tooth”.
For me I am so excited to be able to do that for them because they just light up once they see their new smile.
